Project Engineer - Mechanical , New Berlin, WI

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer - Mechanical to join our team at Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC in New Berlin, WI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for all mechanical and structural design activities to support the modification and modernization of electric overhead cranes in the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and structural design tasks for Legacy EOT and Portal Cranes.
• Interpret customer specifications and project plans.
• Perform engineering tasks, create layouts, conduct calculations, and generate designs.
• Produce detailed drawings for equipment and installation.
• Develop work instructions and manage project planning, scheduling, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with overhead electric cranes or similar industrial equipment.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Additional Information
