Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to take on the technical leadership of engineering projects at Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and commissioning new and renovated process equipment. Your role will involve providing engineering support, overseeing deviation investigations, and collaborating with the Engineering Manager to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand technical specifications set by the Engineering Manager.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, analyze bids, and make recommendations to the Engineering Manager.
  • Manage equipment and process installations, working with internal and external teams.
  • Schedule and oversee the launch of new equipment or production lines.
  • Assist in training operators and technicians, optimizing processes and equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to meet industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with international suppliers.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity and depth perception.
