Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join the ATI team at our Oakdale, PA facility. As a Production Worker in the Atomizer department, you will play a crucial role in the atomization process, turning molten metal into high-quality powder utilized in critical applications such as aerospace, nuclear, and national defense. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and tools
• Weigh out raw materials accurately
• Prepare heats efficiently for continuous atomization
• Perform various refractory tasks
• Clean, assemble, inspect, and install equipment for melt preparation
• Verify equipment readiness and documentation
• Handle furnace removal and installation

Basic Qualifications

• General high school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, Military, or Industrial experience

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical inclination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
