Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Trainer to join our team at Bakerly Barn LLC. The Trainer will play a critical role in training and developing associates for various production positions, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. From conducting training sessions to providing feedback and promoting safety practices, the Trainer will be instrumental in maintaining high efficiency and quality standards within our production facility.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Identify ways to enhance the training program and collaborate with management.
• Develop training course objectives and conduct training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness to improve work performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote product and packaging quality.
• Participate in safety processes and maintain an organized workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in lean manufacturing production or training preferred.
• High school/GED diploma required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, react to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in HACCP, SQF, and safe work practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
• Physical dexterity and strong vision abilities required.
