We are looking for a skilled Press Operator Setup Technician to join Select Industries Corp. As a Punch Press Setup Technician, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating punch press machines to produce metal parts accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Configure punch press machines per job requirements, including tooling installation and adjustment of settings.
• Material Handling: Load metal sheets onto machines for precise punching operations.
• Quality Control: Monitor output quality to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Machine Operation: Operate machines safely, making necessary adjustments to maintain high production standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred.
• Proven experience in punch press setup and operation.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
