Position Title: Plumbing Quality Technician

Location: Indio, CA

Salary Interval: Hourly Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs.
• Plan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issues.
• Required to drive to different jobsites.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and feedback. Excellent attendance.
• Willingness to work OT when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
