Part Time Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to cash policies. As a Stocker, your duties will include stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and operating machinery safely and efficiently. Both roles require the ability to collaborate with team members, uphold security and confidentiality standards, and perform general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Operate registers (Cashier) or stock shelves (Stocker)
• Follow merchandising guidelines and create displays
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of company products and services

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment safely
• Work independently and within a team environment
