We are looking for a talented MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a key member of our aviation business, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts, sales campaigns, and customer relationships in the rapidly evolving MRO sector. Responsibilities

  • Lead sales campaigns and proposals for new contracts.
  • Travel to aviation trade shows and engage with global customers.
  • Develop and leverage an aviation network to expand MRO business.
  • Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
  • Manage service agreements, program management, and warranty claims.
  • Interact with various internal teams and act as a liaison with customers.
  • Contribute to sales and business plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in long-term negotiations and generate operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management experience.
  • Recent experience in the aviation industry with a focus on MRO is preferred.
