We are excited to offer a paid Summer Internship/Coop opportunity at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a leading manufacturer of thrust reversers, engine nacelle components, and specialized aerostructures in Maryland, MRAS provides a unique learning experience for interns.

Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of aerostructures located near Baltimore. With a rich history spanning over 90 years, our facility offers interns exposure to various areas such as Design, Engineering, Lean, Manufacturing/Production, Quality, Engineering services, and Sourcing/Materials.
Internship Summary
Interns will work on projects with experienced mentors, gaining valuable hands-on experience while building leadership and functional skills. From developing presentations to data analysis and participation in talent events, our program equips interns for future roles in their field of study.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work independently on projects lasting 2 to 6 months.
- Develop graphic presentations and analyze data.
- Participate in early talent events and training.
- Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Completed one full year of college.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen OR Green card holder.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 24 credit hours toward a technical degree.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
