Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager of Respiratory Services to lead our Respiratory Care department at Kettering Health Network. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the operations and management of CardioPulmonary services at Sycamore Medical and Respiratory services at Franklin Emergency Department. Your responsibilities will include managing supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, licensure, and daily operations while upholding the KHN Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• Graduates of a 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience (KHN preferred).
• Hold licenses as a Respiratory Therapist and Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in Ohio, and possess RRT credentials issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Active AARC member with current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, clinical, technical, and computer skills.
