Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully run a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
- Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product quality.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
- Prior retail and management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Combination of education and experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
