Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully run a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
  • Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
  • Manage staffing, schedules, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure store payroll and budgets are met.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and product quality.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Prior retail and management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
  • Combination of education and experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
