Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join our dynamic team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of an entire district, including up to six stores, driving sales growth, and leading a team of employees. As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of one of the fastest-growing grocery retailers in the US.
Responsibilities
- Assess and implement staffing levels for stores.
- Develop and execute action plans to improve operating results.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising plans.
- Recruit and mentor staff to maintain a motivated workforce.

Requirements
