Job Description
We are GoldOller Real Estate Investments, a rapidly growing company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing multifamily communities. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to become part of our dynamic team. This role involves performing various maintenance tasks related to apartment homes and property upkeep along with the potential to earn lucrative commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct repairs including small appliances, plumbing, electrical, and more.
- Be available for and respond to emergency calls as per company policy.
- Other duties as outlined in the job description.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year's experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills required.
- Must possess personal tools; personal vehicle preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region as needed.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and safety procedures.
