Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Green Source Automation LLC in Jerome, Idaho. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of our automated systems, from design to installation and support, ensuring the smooth operation of our robotics systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on robotics systems.
• Conduct biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Change brushes weekly and perform monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours and days, with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the required skill set for maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical mindset and the ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical systems and reliable transportation (valid driver's license required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
