Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns, ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance are met.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Exceptional safety skills and ability to lift over 50lbs.
- Knowledge of equipment functions and appliances.
