In this role, you will play a key part in the Resident Assessment Process through the completion of items on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure optimal patient care and nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process following guidelines for completion and electronic transmission of the MDS.
• Contribute to the development of individualized resident Care Plans based on Federal and State regulations.
• Provide training on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.
