Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and contribute to patient assessments.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
