Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to clients.
• Render professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as a Team Lead when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to achieve the highest standards of care.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment.
• Requires frequent standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
