Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct apartment tours.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle maintenance requests and work orders.
• Support other administrative and property management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment management with lease up experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
