1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a full-time warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with your peers and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within your responsibilities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, work in varying temperatures, and operate warehouse equipment.
