General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our 10 Fitness team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, prioritize customer service, and ensure a clean, safe, and engaging club environment. As a General Manager, you will manage staff, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with senior management on member and sales-related matters.
• Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and friendly work environment.
• Handle member inquiries and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Promote club memberships, services, and merchandise.
• Ensure club cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Champion company values and uphold a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales/customer service and leadership/management.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6pm, Friday: 9am - 3pm.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $42,000 - $50,000.
