Job Description

Hoosier Hills Credit Union is looking for a Member Advisor to join our team. As a Member Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and are provided with the right financial products to meet their needs. You will be responsible for building relationships, advising members on products and services, and handling various account and transactional needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members, acting in their best interest and aligning with the Credit Union's service promises.
• Develop and expand membership by providing tailored product and service solutions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant account records and assist members with their financial needs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the member experience and achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Experience in sales and service performance.
• Ability to analyze data and establish positive working relationships.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer interaction experience in a retail setting.
• Preferably trained in cash handling and lending principles.
