Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi's new store location. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of successful store management. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading the team towards success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver superior customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Hire and train store personnel, manage schedules, and oversee job responsibilities.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper merchandising.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend advancements, and manage payroll budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
