Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, follow cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Attend to any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in prompt and courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following policies, communication, and multitasking.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
