Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest adjustments to retain our competitive edge.
- Manage inventory, product feedback, and customer concerns effectively.
- Supervise team operations, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain store cleanliness.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
- Prior retail experience with management experience preferred.
