Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is a plus
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams
- Experience in developing and managing engineering processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel occasionally
