Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
