Cicis Pizza, a rapidly growing pizza chain with over 270 locations across 22 states, is seeking talented Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company standards, delivering top-notch customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality products are prepared and served according to Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback to enhance operations, and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train the team, align staffing with sales projections, uphold uniform standards, and drive performance improvements.
• Enhance sales through excellent customer service, product training, and efficient use of POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, cash handling, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Capability to perform all restaurant positions and lead a team independently.
• Bilingual abilities advantageous in certain markets.
• Proficient in computer systems and communication.
