We are looking for a motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service and maintain company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality products, maintain operational excellence, and uphold customer service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly, gather feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Supervise and train team members, manage shift staffing, and drive a positive and energetic work environment.
• Boost sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
• Manage cash, inventory, and uphold safety and security protocols to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team independently and perform all restaurant positions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
