Billing & A/R Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & A/R Specialist to join OnPoint Medical Group. The ideal candidate will handle full revenue cycle duties, including submitting clean claims, verifying payments, and managing accounts receivable to ensure efficient billing operations. This role involves interacting with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients, as well as meeting productivity targets and maintaining compliance with billing guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable collections, appeals, and denials
• Handle A/R reports and worklists efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries
• Maintain strict privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and 5+ years of healthcare and billing experience
• Preferred: College education in medical field, bilingual, EMR experience
