Primary Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely medical care to patients while leading clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Duties

• Oversee clinic operations and develop clinical policies and procedures.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor medical staff.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making with the management team.

Requirements

• BE/BC in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitalist experience with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality measures and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
