Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is looking to hire Accounts Payable/Receivable specialists for a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves tracking budgets and revenue, completing reconciliations, working with SHARE software, and other financial and administrative tasks to support the Bureaus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with SHARE software.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable.
• Experience with accounting software and online platforms.
