Job Description
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and resilience.
- Effective communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
