Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). You will be part of our 1st Shift team with a 7:00 AM start time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
