1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a dynamic and fast-paced company. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 45 pounds, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
