Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Conduct general cleaning duties and assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products and provide feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 45 pounds, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
