Job Description
We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
