We are currently hiring Warehouse Team Members with experience in forklift operations to join our team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandise movement, training, customer service, and ensuring safety practices. If you are detail-oriented, have basic computer knowledge, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Primary Objective & Scope of Position:

This position involves storing, moving, and distributing merchandise efficiently. You will lead by example and provide training to other team members.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Move and condense merchandise for space efficiency.
• Handle merchandise for display, storage, or customer delivery.
• Utilize the point of sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in customer orders and records.
• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise and prepare outgoing items.

Training:

Lead by example and provide some training to colleagues.

Customer Service:

Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Other Responsibilities:

Follow lean practices and assist in building maintenance. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Safety:

Adhere to safety policies, practice safe work behaviors, avoid equipment damage, and maintain a safe and organized facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
• Basic math and computer knowledge.
• Experience with tools, hardware, and product assembly.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Point of sale (POS) knowledge is desirable.
