Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise indoor and outdoor play areas for young children.
• Implement engaging activities and lesson plans for preschool-aged kids.
• Create a nurturing environment to facilitate learning and growth in children.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and safe learning setting.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements

• 20 credits in early childhood education or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience teaching and caring for infants and toddlers.
• Passion for child development and education principles.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for young learners.

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move around for extended periods.
• Work within various environmental conditions.
