Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Universal Banker to join International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a crucial role in completing financial transactions, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting financial solutions. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various financial transactions and inquiries, including new accounts and loan processing.
• Recommend and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and enhance relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales and referral targets to contribute to branch success.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
