We are looking for an experienced Unit Manager - LPN to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain safe nursing care coverage.
• Provide supervision and guidance to non-professional staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training programs.
• Oversee medication management to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain nursing skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
• Current state licensure.
• Minimum one year of nurse management experience.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
