We are looking for a dedicated Technician In Charge to join our team at First Student, the leading provider of school transportation services in North America. As a Lead Diesel Mechanic for the Cleveland, MO School District, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our transportation fleet.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in the shop and maintain service records.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
- Ensure fleet maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle components and conduct regular inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain CDL.
- 5+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- ASE certifications and mechanic's tool set.
