Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee operations at Store 7171 for Jack in the Box. As the primary operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This includes delivering high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 months of JIB experience with full certification in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes. Proficiency in English is necessary, with additional language skills required based on the restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, taking orders, operating a cash register, and reading video monitors.
