Team Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time Storewide Positions)

Job Description

We are currently looking for Team Associates to join the Whole Foods Market team. As a Team Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body, providing support in customer service, stocking, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, store, rotate, and stock products efficiently.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of shelves and cases.
• Deliver excellent customer service and suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow established procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising products.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.
