Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive top-notch service. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards and following policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
