Store Team Member

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member and become an essential part of our retail team. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset, acts competencies, and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain neat displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail experience a plus.
