Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its highest standards. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and cashier responsibilities
• Adhere to company policies and ensure store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
