Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. In this full-time position, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various common challenges. Your role will involve assisting individuals with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to medical issues, aging, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW).
• Master's degree preferred.
• LCSW-C preferred.
• LGSW certification required.
