Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Princeton University is looking for a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. The Senior OnBase Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, migrating, maintaining, and supporting solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. This role involves enhancing OnBase solutions, developing interfaces with other applications, creating technical requirements, and maintaining content management solutions. The Senior Developer will also provide first-level application support, serve as a project lead, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OnBase API, C#, and/or VBScript to enhance OnBase solutions.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications using Hyland’s Unity toolkit.
• Prepare technical requirements and solution designs based on functional requirements.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services module and custom SQL scripts.
• Provide backup for the administration and maintenance of the OnBase application.
• Deliver assigned projects covering the full lifecycle from development to production go-live.
• Build and maintain relationships with key campus users, team members, and OIT partners involved in OnBase implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years as a developer working with enterprise content management software.
• Experience in full lifecycle projects using SDLC methodology.
• Proficiency in ECM document imaging, document management, workflow, electronic forms, and reporting modules.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
