As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will play a key role in crafting server designs that push the boundaries of innovation and excellence, setting industry benchmarks for performance, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of server products in collaboration with various design and manufacturing partners.
  • Understand and address customer technical requirements by architecting scalable solutions.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to bring server products from concept to deployment at scale.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of deployed servers, meeting customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing functional specifications and design verification plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of hardware development experience with a focus on system/server development.
  • In-depth expertise in server technologies such as Thermal/Mechanical design, high-speed bus design, and server components.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in managing technical projects from concept to production.
  • Expertise in server validation, issue root causing, and operating hardware across data centers.
  • Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and startup environments.
